We are pleased to announce that Skinlync has received a grant under the Santander Accelerate Cambridge Project Award. We are extremely grateful for this support. The fund will be used to get us one step closer to our goal of improving the lives of those with a skin condition.

The Skinlync team participated in the Cambridge University Entrepreneurs' (CUE) Ideas Take Flight £2K Competition. Competing in the software category, we faced 11 other Cambridge start-ups in the final round. Despite not bagging the win, we are extremely honoured to have had the privilege of pitching to an esteemed panel of judges.

The Skinlync team participated in the Cambridge University Entrepreneurs' (CUE) Ideas Take Flight £2K Competition. Creating Skinlync is no easy feat. To help kick things off, Skinlync decided to participate in the NatWest Back Her Business crowdfunding campaign, which is a program that supports businesses with female co founders. What was supposed to be a small scale campaign with a target of £500 ended on a high note as the team managed to raise funds from 133 supporters. We are extremely grateful for all the support we have received and will endeavour to make Skinlync a reality.

Skinlync is off to an exciting start as it joins the newest Pre-Accelerate cohort of Accelerate Cambridge. We will be working closely with mentors, external experts and fellow peers to develop our business venture. Whilst we still have a long way to go, we are thrilled to be a part of a dynamic program which will help bring us one step closer to our goal.

Skinlync came in first place at the Venture Creation Weekend competition organised by the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. For team leaders Yigit Akar and Atiqah Zaki, two Cambridge MBAs, this win solidified their goal of pursuing entrepreneurship in the United Kingdom post MBA. They are now pursuing the idea under the Cambridge Judge Entrepreneurship Centre's accelerator program, Accelerate Cambridge.
