How to Stick to Your Routine and Get Motivated

Consistency is key when it comes to skincare. Our skin turns over every 6 weeks or so, and it can take weeks or even months for the results of our skincare routine to fully appear. Just remember that each time you do your skincare routine, you are investing in yourself through active self-care. Your future self will thank you for the efforts you’re putting in today!


Here are 5 tips to stick to your routine:

  1. Decide on your skincare routine ahead of time
  2. Put all the products you are using in one place for easy access and to reduce friction
  3. Make it part of your morning and evening routines, such as right after you brush your teeth
  4. Set a reminder on your phone
  5. Create a skincare journal (Check out Log! [Insert link to log]), and tick off each time you do your routine.
